Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled cruise will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cruise are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Coastal Dolphin Tours and Cruises:

In the event that we need to cancel a cruise due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund.

We will make every effort to reschedule the cruise before proceeding with a refund.
Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. Guests can contact us to discuss rescheduling their cruise based on availability. Please call 850-393-2426 to discuss rescheduling and/or cancellation.
